We are pleased to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to appear after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address during checkout.

Norvale Stores is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered processing.


Lost, Delayed, or Undelivered Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at norvalestores@gmail.com.

We'll work with the shipping carrier to investigate the shipment and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with our policies.

Please note that delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or shipping carriers are outside our control.
